For all types of services with our Concept Colors studio, a deposit in the amount of €770 or 500,000 frcfa is paid for
saving your project.
NB: This deposit is not the payment for the service requested, it is a non-refundable guarantee to register your project in the various
competent offices of Architecture, Interior Architecture and Design in the country where your project is located.

RENOVATION
The STAR formula or RENOVATION formula is an integral interior architecture formula.
We completely rethink your interior from design to finish. Our team takes care of the rearrangement of the desired rooms and the implementation of the Design according to our INTERIOR DESIGN guide provided at the end of the design.
At the end of an uncovered appointment billed at €770. ( 500,000fr CFA), we complete a questionnaire together in order to define the specifications to better meet your needs, we could also measure the parts and take photos.
Following this appointment, we have a minimum period of 4 weeks to provide you with a detailed study with realistic 3D visualization of the room(s) completely redesigned by CONCEPT COLORS STUDIO, a trendy board with furniture and decoration, wall covering choices if necessary and finally, a shopping list where you will only have to click on the links to also view our choices for you. We also recommend brands with which we have always worked and also collaborators in order to provide you with the best offers on the market, we can make your custom-made furniture.

CONSTRUCTION
The GOLD formula or turnkey formula is an Architecture and Interior Design formula where we take care of everything, from the APS study (Preliminary Study or Summary Preliminary Project) to the execution of the work including the APD study ( the Detailed Preliminary Project).
The turnkey construction project begins with the personalized analysis of the client's needs, taste and budget and ends with the installation of the furniture.
It includes supplier management (construction company, carpentry, materials, purchasing, etc.), site supervision (detailed reports) and final control.
We will create a work drive space where all elements relating to the project will be stored with shared access with you.
We define all the necessary improvements (flooring, wall covering, partitions, fencing, etc.) and, if any, the work required.
We put you in contact with our employees from all qualified trades for the execution of the work.
We carry out project coordination by regularly checking in with you on its progress in terms of taking orders in our work file or by telephone, the receipt of elements and the progress of the work.
We can also carry out site coordination and monitoring as project manager if you wish with an additional 10% of the total cost of the work.
Once the design book with all the decoration and furniture has been chosen and validated by you, you will receive a complete file in order to be able to place our orders.
As soon as all orders have been received and the work completed or improvements carried out, we will take care of putting in place every detail that we would have thought of in advance and bringing the tailor-made design of your interior to life.

LAYOUT DESIGN
A concept creation and a new interior, what do you think? So, this interior design formula is to help you bring your imagination to life in your space. This service is made for people wishing to have a new interior for their project. Before moving on to yourshopping list, we will create a concept, an appropriate atmosphere for your project while taking into account your tastes.
This service can be done online or at your home, if you are in Italy or Ivory Coast.

-------We then define together the interior concept adapted to you, an atmosphere and a
color base to bring something new to your interior.
At the end of this meeting, you will obtain within 72 hours a book of our session with the colors and improvements indicated.
After validating our ideas, we move on to the practical stage by purchasing the furniture and then setting it up.
We ask that you take note of your part during our appointment session.

DESIGN CONCEPT CREATION
Intended for low budgets, or for people wanting to do their layout alone while benefiting from the advice of an expert.
this formula is made especially to help you have an interior the way you want it.
The “interior design for all” formula, also called concept creation, is about supporting you in your project by giving you the keys to realize it yourself while following our instructions. We create a book following our customer meeting which takes place online or at your home (it depends on you).
We just design your project in 3D with the details and then you make it.

Rate: Formula set at €1200 or 750,000 Frcfa
